Ground floor with dining room, lounge, reading nook, 1 library room with double sofa bed, large hallway, kitchen, wc.
Two stairs to reach the first floor.
Floor with 5 bedrooms (one with SBD and another with bathroom and WC), 1 bathroom (independent with bathtub), wc (independent), large hallway (with table football).
Attic for storage.
Outbuilding with 1 ping-pong, fireplace and barbecue.

Really nice experience for this Family house
It is a beautiful typical "Landes" house, on a huge park, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The house is huge and very pleasant to live in. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the large, perfectly equipped kitchen area, equipments and games for children, the number of bicycles and the access to cycle paths.

Une maison incroyable installĂ©e dans un parc avec dâinnombrables recoin pour se mettre Ă lâombre ou se reposer. Une multitude dâactivitĂ©s proposĂ©es (terrain de volley, Ping Pong) et un gros + pour la piscine parfaitement entretenu.
