Very convenient and clean. Very friendly staff. Lobby open 24 hours which is great because I arrived past midnight. Good breakfast menu. Other than noisy A/C which I ended up turning off (I’m a light sleeper), stay was great. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was cheaper than others and was good value for the cost. The hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly. The hotel, including my room, smelled like mildew. It was rough to smell for 2 nights. Also, the last morning I was there, the cleaning staff were talking loudly outside my room at around 9am. Also, there are no stairs but, front desk staff offered to help me carry my luggage if I wanted. It definitely felt safe but that smell was offputting.

For one night. Good to go.

The hotel was fairly clean. The front counter attendant the day I checked in seem to be disinterested in her job but was not rude or anything. The refrigerator was leaking water in our room. We were given towels to dry up the water which we did and it did not continue. The morning staff was much friendlier Room was pretty small but plenty acceptable for one night. The bed was comfortable. The A/C unit was quiet old and buttons were cracked and missing some info but worked ok.

The room itself was nice and clean. Check-in was a little bit hectic and slow. At around 2:00 AM we were awoken by a loud women walking down the hall having a conversation speaking in a loud tone and then she walked in to the room next to us. It sounded like there were several people in the room and they were talking loud. My husband walked out of our room and their door was open, so he asked them to quiet down. The women then became belligerent. So my husband walked down stairs to complain to the hotel night staff. For over 2 hours after that, the whole hallway was loud banging doors like they were all moving. We never slept much and didn't feel well at our family reunion the next day. My beef with the hotel was that they knew there was a football game the next day and why would you put us near the young adults? The hotel staff knew we weren't there for the game. Also, after we booked the room, I received several emails and texts stating they had a strict policy on quiet time from 10-7. I had to laugh afterwards.

Everyone at this property was an absolute gem! Location was perfect. It was quiet, even though close to a busy road. Price point was awesome, highly lit and safe parking lot. Only downside, no coffee pot in the room. I would stay again!
