Nice staff, great free breakfast, clean and spacious room, free snacks and water, very reasonable price, the location is slightly far from Bart station but it’s totally fine with me as I’m doing the city walk anyway. If only thing I would like they to provide is one-time slipper and hair conditioner. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with my stay. I stayed at 3 hotels in Taipei and so far, this is the one I like the most. I’ll definitely book this hotel for my next Taipei trip

Friend group. I was apprehensive about staying cuz it's not my caliber of hotel. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Quality and value match. It had an older feel but everything was so clean. They gave me 6 water bottles which was great. Easy to get around.

Clean comfortable accommodation, in need of an update (cracks in glaze of handbasin, some wood in wet areas (bottom of bathroom door fram) in need of repair Teamaking facilities in room, but only tea and coffee provided (no milk or sugar) reception staff said they only provide the coffee and tea Otherwise, very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to use again Staff were very friendly and helpful

Stupendous service and friendly staff, I had a wonderful stay at the Waikoloa (even calling a taxi, they would have the drivers park their taxis under a car port and wait...very considerate.

There were three things about my stay at Waikoloa [room 302] that need attention. First of all the bed was too soft. That might be good for some people but not for me. Second, the room faces onto Chang Chun road and there was too much street traffic noise. The sound proofing needs to be improved. Finally, in the bathroom, which was extremely spacious, there was soft and shampoo in the shower BUT no soap by the sink. Having to walk to the shower to get some soap to wash my hands and face at the sink was a serious deficiency.
