I was very impressed by how clean, quiet & inviting the property is. The entrance is sort of tucked away in plain sight in a bustling area of Ximending with the lobby on the 6th floor. The Japanese vibe felt very authentic, and the staff were so professional, caring & helpful. My room was on the 21st floor and had a stunning view of the city. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathtub was a delight. Some areas of the property are showing some age, but you can tell it is thoroughly maintained. Highly recommend.

The stay is great, hospitality services, location transport and food options are good, with washing machine & dryer options too. A little downside i observed is the remote controller sensitivity to the tv, and the towels water absorbent is not as good. Still a great stay nonetheless. Cheers.
