This is a perfectly suitable business hotel with excellent service and in a good location. The beds are not particularly comfortable and I found my room quite cold at most times, but it was good value and very convenient, so I would book again.

Excellent experience (as always)

Pacific Business Hotel is always my go-to place to stay in Taipei. The room is always very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. And lots of little touches make a difference (e.g., electrical outlets that will accommodate my Singapore plugs). Had the breakfast this time and it was pretty good. I liked the dim sum. My only complaint was that there were no English instructions for the all-Chinese TV remote control. If I had gone to the front desk with this though, they surely would have helped me. I was just too lazy to do so. I'll be staying there again tomorrow night, so I'll be sure to ask about the TV remote control when I check in.

Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the city and Taipei 101. Very close to MRT, markets and great cafes, restaurants with convenience stores and atms next door They assisted with booking a taxi to the airport for me and the driver from the airport to the hotel was very courteous and lovely. There is a sweet friendly Cat that hangs around the Hotel door to greet guests.

The room's design is very dated. The toilet,shower area are separated, with the basin outside the toilet. It makes a weird design as people are greeted with the basin when then enter the room.

The property was excellent. The staff were really helpful, Vicky on reception helped us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was close to attractions and public transport. If we come back to Taiwan one day we will definitely stay here again!

Reservation desk is on the 11th flr. Which was a first when checking in. Staff were very courteous and professional. Breakfast is offered with a variety of choices (try the warm soy milk) Overall it was a good experience staying here.
