The hotel is at a prime location. It's very near the main station and Airport MRT which I loved about it. It's also right next to a 24/7 Mcdonald's so it's great when you need a late night snack or can't find anything to eat after a long day. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Despite the average room and amenities, what I really appreciated was that they allowed me to check-in two hours early and I got to rest in my room before I went out.

The staff are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities. They even provided disposable towels, toast, coffee, tea and a water dispenser. The location is perfect — central yet peaceful — making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Can be easily better.

Pros: location, Room 819 faces the front door of shin Kong Mitsubishi dept store. ;next door to McDonald’s; easy walk to metro and busses, food, shopping; offered toiletries and filtered cold water and boiled hot water stations in the common area; staff held our bags before and after checking in and out; there is a lounge to rest. Cons: curtains were full of black moldy spots. I told the front desk. See if mgmt takes care of it if you get this room. There was a no venting in shower so not a surprise this happens. Mold is a serious health hazard though so mgmt please be responsible. It is a very tiny room. Not for people with more than carryon luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located, and while the building is old, that’s acceptable. However, the two rooms we booked felt organized but not properly cleaned. The wooden floors were dirty with visible dust in corners and hidden spots, and the bathroom curtains were moldy—something housekeeping should have easily noticed and addressed.

Great value for short stay

Very convenient location, and value for money for short stay. Stayed 2 nights and booked last minute. The only feedback is relatively poor sound proofing. I think my neighbours were for girls out for the night so they stayed up late talking very loud. Hotel did provide ear plugs which was useful

We selected this hotel for the location. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. We were on the 8th level and wifi reception was pathetic. Internet was slow and kept dropping out. The bed is on a lower level than the entrance and bathroom. You have to be careful you don't trip when visiting the toilet in the middle of the night. There is a permanent light at the step to help you. Thus the room is not dark at bedtime. I am surprised that no reviews mentioned the poor wifi.

I only stayed here for one night. It seemed decent enough but smelled really really bad. We didn't notice the purifier until the next morning. Also, the shower curtain was dirty and should have been replaced a year before. If not for the smell and dirty shower curtain, this would have been a great spot.
