Nestled on a sunny hillside, this former vineyard house is an ideal retreat for a couple. From the large wooden terrace, you can admire the valley.

Nearby: Langeac (7 km) with all shops and services, supervised swimming in summer, adventure course, whitewater activities, mushroom picking, hiking, and mountain biking. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove).

First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), adjoining shower room, toilet, small mezzanine with a child's sleeping space.

Enclosed garden (100 m²).

- Wood heating via the stove (wood provided free of charge).
