Toilet rundown

The placeholder at shower head is flimsy and the toilet door is abit old and dirty. when doing the room service, the cups with stain was not replaced and no soap given thus not able to do proper washing

飯店格局非常的奇怪，房間很的小但有個大陽台，有種來到東京的感覺因為房間大小比日本還小，飯店原本應該是一般華廈卻改為飯店格局，我們是訂雙人房住三個人(不過飯店對於12歲以下不加價這點到是不錯)早餐普普，建議吃飯店附近的就好，晚餐推見對面馬領薯排骨湯。

Kun hotel review overall is good.

I like breakfast with lots of different kinds of food choices, the room is a decent size and clean. Friendly staff and good services. The AC works well and the water pressure is good. We got a window facing another building with not too much sunlight but other people's balconies. We could open the blinds, but no privacy at all. Also, wish there is one more chair in the room. I think the price could be a bit cheaper with the room we got. The hotel has three cardio machines, but they don't have any weights. It's good with our overall experience.

It’s a very modern hotel and spacious for Taiwan. The room was a bit on the tinier side but not cramped New York or Japan style. The breakfast buffet is nice and they have a DeLonghi espresso machine in the lobby. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Would stay again

Be careful - dirty trick making you pay extra

I was told it was a so-called environment package (US$49), for which even no towers nor soap were provided – but it was not stated at time of booking. I had to pay an extra NT$500, after that it became as expensive as the neighboring Holiday Inn, and many other hotels nearby. Too bad!
