I picked East hotel mainly because of its convenient location, it's right next to the MTR station, and it's connected to CityPlaza. The room was kept clean, attentive services by courteous staff. However, I found their mattress too soft for my comfort. Also, their semi-open bathroom/toilet setting means you wouldn't be able to share a room with a friend. But overall, I am happy with my stay at EAST hotel.

Room was amazing, very clean and the harbourview was breathtaking. The staff are all very friendly. Great location that connects with a huge shopping centre and the subway station. The coffee at the cafe is one of the best I have ever had before.
