After entering through the sizable two car garage or front door, you will find a living area, dining area and kitchen in the front part of the home. Off the breakfast nook in the kitchen is a king bedroom with a full bath and laundry in the hall.
Towards the back of the home there is a second living area and dining area combined with a working fireplace. Stairs lead up to the west wing bedrooms that features a full bath and two bedrooms; one with two bunk beds and another with a queen. The east upstairs wing has a separate stairwell at the front of the house. This area has a hallway bath and three bedrooms; one with two twins, another with a queen, and the master King bedroom and bath.
This home is close to skiing, downtown Tahoe City and there is nearby fun for everyone to enjoy.

- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.

- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Parking is limited to 4 spaces, and street parking is prohibited year-round.
