Really liked that this property is on ground level, has a lovely view, and a great fishing pier -well lit and green lights. We caught small trout and catfish off the pier. We brought our kayaks but launched them elsewhere to fish.
Unfortunately, this property is not currently being managed well. On days 1 and 2 there were two separate big roaches (dying albeit) in the middle of the kitchen floor, geckos crawling up from the stove top back, the king bed lacked a fitted sheet, no cup towels in the kitchen for drying plates etc, the yellow canopy so darling in the advertisement picture was not in place on arrival. After two days we finally saw a small, hand-written note in the corner of the kitchen white board telling the customer where to find the canopy to install it themselves (?!), one guest tub is way too high for safely stepping into, kitchen utensils were thrown in drawers unorganized, no empty cabinet for customer dry goods. Cluttered kitchen cabinets - too many random plates, pans - needs to be paired down and organized. A/C hard to balance: bunk room stayed very warm for our sons while other 2 bedrooms froze. Miss Kitty's was responsive once I brought the roaches, cup towels, missing king sheet to their attention, but these would have been easy to address before the customer arrived. Very cute place - just needs a little more TLC. Neighbors also blared music one night, could hear it in the house.
