"I think we got a little unlucky with our room. We were given room 102 (ground floor, 2 in from the lobby and looking over the car park) so we could hear a lot of doors slamming, a bit of noise from the lobby and also people in the room next to us. It did stop though mostly by about 10pm so we were able to sleep ok, but going out into the pool area, it looks like there would have been much quieter and nicer rooms - some with balconies. So I think we got unlucky. Annoyingly we didn’t have breakfast included so we skipped that. We also didn’t use the pool which is a shame (it wasn’t quite warm enough to want to try it) as it looked great! We got takeaway coffee for free, so that was a nice bonus. Nice big parking lot which felt quite safe. One comment on cleanliness - there was a long black hair in my bed and the bottom bed sheet was so worn and bobbly, I had to ask for a new one to be brought to the room which I then fitted myself. Also, one small note about reception, the guy checking us in asked “and how are you today” 3 times whilst checking us in which was slightly odd? However, it had the best air con unit out of all the American hotels I’ve stayed at on this road trip!! A nice consistent fan noise, not too noisy or ratterly so bravo for that :)"
