This building is a historic 1905 home, where we’ve taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building. You'll be staying in our completely remodeled, daylight basement apartment.
It features a queen-size, medium density memory foam bed, air conditioning, convertible sofa for guests, 58-inch smart TV & a fully fenced backyard. The kitchenette has everything you'll need including:

This unit also has a convertible sofa bed and a rollaway twin size bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

You will have access to a shared laundry room. The fully fenced backyard features a canopy and fire table to enjoy during the spring through fall.

Well stocked getaway
Lovely, well appointed basement apartment with private entrance and off street parking. Larger than expected with bedroom, futon in the living room, and a seperate tv room. Foldaway cot in the closet was comfortable. Just around the corner from Frisko Freeze. Would stay again.

Modern 1 Bed/1 Bath in Tacoma - Excellent!
My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This particular rental was fabulous! Very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and then some! A fully equipped kitchen with coffee, shower toiletries and comfy beds.
We could hear our upstairs neighbors but it didn’t bother us a bit. But, the hosts have provided earplugs for those who may be more sensitive. We visit Tacoma a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here again!
Thank you for the lovely accommodations and for being so proactive and responsive. Definitely a 5 star stay from us!
