Continental Divide Views! New Log Home w/ Hot Tub!

Our brand-new log home is the perfect base for your Colorado mountain adventures. You’ll find space for up to ten, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas. Halfway between the Winter Park ski resort and Grand Lake, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, there is plenty of outdoor recreation in every season. At the end of the day, get away from it all and relax in the hot tub or on the spacious wrap-around deck and enjoy unparalleled Continental Divide views.

The space
Our secluded home is located at over 9000' in a peaceful mountain neighborhood. It has a spacious wrap-around deck and a wall of picture windows face east with unobstructed views of the Continental Divide, allowing for amazing sunrises, sunsets, and star-gazing.

The house is built of 10" pine logs with custom log accents as well as many other custom features. It includes an indoor gas fireplace for cozy mornings and evenings at the house, a large hot tub, and multiple places for you to hang out and enjoy, indoors and outdoors.

The open floor plan on the main floor of our house includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living area with a gas fireplace. There is also a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

The open loft area includes a California king bed where you can lounge in bed and enjoy sunrise over the Continental Divide through the massive front windows. There is also another sitting area and a full bathroom on this level.

The walk-out basement has high ceilings and lots of windows, providing plenty of light. It includes a bonus area with ping-pong, air hockey, and a large TV. It also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (queen and a room with two sets of twin bunks). Laundry is located on this level as well.

We've worked hard on our home and treasure the time that we spend there. We know you'll love it too!

Other things to note

Due to the custom log work, it is not possible to use baby gates on the interior staircases. We welcome families and want you to be safe so please consider this if you have a child at an age where stairs are a concern.

Storms are possible any time of the year in the mountains and snow is not uncommon from September thru May. If you are visiting during these months, we highly recommend an AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicle with appropriate tires.

A Mountain Retreat That Feels Like a DreamIf you're searching for the perfect mountain escape, look no further than this stunning log cabin perched high above Tabernash, Colorado. It includes panoramic views of the Continental Divide and the perfect spot inside or outside to watch the sun rise over the mountains. The very clean cabin itself is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and comfort. Built from 10" pine logs with custom accents, it radiates warmth and charm. Every room and bathroom is thoughtfully furnished with generous amenities—from plush bedding and cozy seating areas to a fully stocked kitchen that had everything you might need to prepare meals, as well as a clean grill on the deck. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like baskets of “forgotten items” and Colorado-themed stickers that made us feel truly welcomed. Our group of eight had plenty of space, with two living areas, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Outside, there is a separate deck from the loft, a wrap-around deck on the main floor and a generous slab from the basement, all furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. There were plenty of things to entertain us, including ping-pong, air hockey, a hot tub, and a massive TV. This cabin provided a great place for our family to enjoy time together while enjoying the surrounding area and nightlife!

Dream Vacation

This property is essential in having a successful vacation! If you’re planning on visiting winter park, soaking in the hot sulfur springs or winning big at any of the Blackhawk casinos, this IS the property you want to be at. The view from any angle of this property is more mind blowing than words can explain, feels like you are living in a screen saver your whole stay. You may be in the mountains but you are only 10 minutes from any of those much needed creature comforts like a brand new grocery store or any restaurant you’re craving. If you have any issues or questions the property owner will respond to any of your inquiries almost instantly with a solution. To summarize YES!!!! This is the right property to book and this booking will check all the boxes for your perfect mountain get away. Don’t hesitate the chance that what ever property you’re comparing to this one is better is slim to none. BOOK ASAP!!!!!
