Tolip Taba Resort And Spa
"This is a beautiful resort, albeit a bit dated. TThe highlights for me was the abundance of delicious food as part of the all inclusive package. The chef was so kind to make sure I had plenty of options as a vegetarian and even made me a special salad “sundae” which was sooooo sweet of him. The staff were all so helpful and kind. Everyone of them. That said, I took a full star off because of the obscenely loud EDM “music” (I use the word music lightly) that blasted so loud through the almost empty resort that I could not sleep. The DJ was just jamming with himself at the guests expense like he was at a rave festival and not a family resort. Totally ruined my second night. Also, the WiFi is almost non-existent but they did offer to put a signal booster in my room. I declined because it wasn’t that important to me (other than to stream a movie to try to drown out the bass thumping well past 11pm) but it was so nice that they offered. Besides the sonic assault on my frequency from the DJ, it was a wonderful 3 nights and a great alternative to the Taba resorts closer to the border that are more expensive."
