Located a short distance from the sea, on the edge of the Plemmirio Protected Marine Area, there is also a splendid salt-water swimming pool adjacent to the living area. The modern, clean and understated design paired with the brightness of the rooms form the strengths of the residence, perfect for couples or small families.

The villa unfurls around a bright living room with dining area and kitchen, whilst large glass panels open out onto the garden and pool. The sleeping area is likewise full of light, counting two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The residence is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, espresso machine and ice-maker. There is even a charging station for electric cars, rendering this location functional and modern.
