Booked for an early airport flight. Room/bathroom wasn’t clean. Night clerk made a copy of my drivers license and credit card and proceeded to tell me it was required if I wanted room. They keep it on file for 30 days! If it hadn’t been a prepaid room. I would have left.

Hotel was good, the part of town was good. The pool closed at 8 and the manager was very ugly about kicking us out at 8 on the dot. It had rained all day and we all just wanted to enjoy the only reason we booked this hotel and not others closer to the attractions we were in town to see.

This is our third time at this property and probably our last. The outside is much better than the inside. The cleaning staff left the previous guest’s KFC in the fridge and the room had an unpleasant odor before we got out the febreeze. I had to go down and request toilet paper, Kleenex and a shower curtain for the room. The beds were nice.
