The Mitchell Bondi is a grand, recently renovated, art-deco period apartment building in the hip, local’s neighbourhood of North Bondi. It’s an 8 minute walk to the beautiful North Bondi Beach and coastal walks and still only steps away from excellent coffee, a wide array of exceptional restaurants (serving eat-in & take-away), bakeries, independent grocers, Woolworths and a pharmacy. With unrestricted street parking and a bus stop steps away, leaving the ‘hood and getting around is a breeze.

The sunny, two-bedroom, garden apartment has a king-size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes and drawer units in both bedrooms. There is also a fold-out, queen-size sofa-bed in the living room. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With its exclusive-use front patio, rear terrace and garden you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces to lounge in comfort. Like to cook? Then enliven your dishes with the rosemary, curry, cardamom, nasturtium and bay leaf growing in the back yard. Or if they're in season pick yourself some paw-paws, figs or grapes.
