Very nice room, splendid view to the sea, good service from everybody, 3 restaurants to choose from with good food. Upon arrival the staff said that they can not find our reservation, we waited for long time in the lobby whey they resolve the problem. Without apologize. The room was spatious, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast.

Hotel Zum Kaiser
The quality of the service made up for the rather eccentric room design: no bathroom storage space and a toilet door which didn’t fit it’s frame. The location was good and was perfect for a relaxing few days is the great town of Swakopmund.
