The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy

Conveniently located in front of Tunjungan Mall, with McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC on the same side of the road. Rooms are just perfect for solo travellers, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower.

Good location just opposite TP mall, just a basic simple hotel, the hot water didn't work, water pressure was very low and don't even have a electric kettle, tea bag and cofee.

Room small and clean. Breakfast simple.There is a big shopping mall opposite the hotel.Food court in the shopping mall 5th floor.Restaurant KFC & McDonald just near by. Take around 30 minutes taxi/cab from airport to hotel.
