We really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was very friendly as was our host. Easy to get to multiple beaches and the back patio was delightful in the evenings. Would book again...but we bought a house close by!

John was an awesome host! He communicated well and replied to messages quickly. The home was very clean and spacious. Very family friendly and located in a nice/quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to the beach but far enough out to avoid the beach traffic. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

The home is located in a new construction neighborhood. It looks brand. It was so clean, like we were the first to stay there. Very impressed. All spaces are comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. My only disappointment was that we were not made aware the pool is not constructed yet. Though this was not a deal breaker as the beach is only 10 minutes away. Overall, I will definitely keep this jome in my favorites to return.
