Lighthouse Cove' is a cute and cozy three-bedroom, two-bath home located on the canal. Bring your boat and enjoy a relaxing family getaway at Holden Beach. This home offers convenient one-level living with an open floor plan. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances and plenty of counter space, along with a large dining table that seats up to eight guests. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of beach décor throughout the house. The main bedroom includes a king bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom, and access to the covered deck. The queen bedroom with a smart TV and deck access shares a hall bathroom with the bunkbed/twin room. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the canal. The anchored platform deck with railing on the channel has a table with seating and an attached floating dock perfect for fishing and docking your boat. Enjoy family activities and games in the spacious backyard. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a brand new washer/dryer located in the master bathroom, an electric fireplace in the living room, free WiFi, and smart TVs throughout.
