Located in the quiet 800 block of Ocean Boulevard West, the inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Smart Home offers a marvelous vista of the Atlantic. Coretec flooring in all bedrooms. Rocking chair or porch swing? This home has both. Shade or sunshine? This home has both, with covered porches and an open upper deck. The boardwalk to the beach offers a shower with a foot wash in addition to the enclosed outdoor shower. Beautifully decorated, Bee Holden features a comfortable living area the whole family will love, a dining table that seats 10 plus seating at the kitchen island, and spacious bedrooms.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
