We were very happy with our recent stay at the Radisson in Sunnyvale. The warm reception and fruit infused water at the front desk on our first check in, put us at ease immediately.The staff checked in daily to make sure everything was working in our room. We really appreciated a heated pool in the middle of winter, a well equipped gym, and one of the best designed and comfortable lounge areas where I enjoyed my morning coffee and caught up with emails and phone calls daily. One of the best hotel experiences we have had in the Bay Area so far and would gladly stay here again! - Pratima Dharm

Wonderful! The stay at Radisson was great. Any request within reason was accommodated. I didn't have to go to the front desk for everything thanks to a robot friend they have and i loved the room. Spacious, cleaning staff does an excellent job! Very pleased by my stay.

They say the breakfast is complimentary, but they wanted to add 23.50 each to our bill for scrambled eggs and waffles breakfast was not included. The bar area didn't open until 5pm on a Sunday when most guest are there for the football game at Levi Stadium and there was no where to watch games during the day no food to order or drinks very sub par and staff was no help no one could even suggest a place to watch games or a close place for food and drinks. Then when we got back to the hotel after the game about 9 930 there was one bartender and he could not keep up with all the people returning from the game wanting food and drinks. Plus he was getting confused and messing up most of the orders that came out delaying everyones orders even longer and with no one to cover the bar while he was dealing with incorrect food orders it made waiting long and tedious, very poor management and scheduling of staff. Would not stay here again.
