Reserved the junior suite with 2 queen beds, couch, etc. The junior suites are only located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We got bumped to their smaller rooms with 2 double beds. No compensation was offered for the cost difference. They could have at least offered free breakfast for the lack of accommodations for physically disabled persons.

This property caters to large groups and you can tell. Our room had two beds, one which had been hollowed out by someone and was terribly uncomfortable. You could plainly see the big dip in the bed. It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here. Stay somewhere smaller and more personable.

I would have liked more towels, extra blankets and more pillows. Also the hallway/stairs were needing to be vacuumed. Our room was clean. The food for breakfast was okay, dinner was good. Lots of parking and kids loved the pool.

We had a decent stay. Staff was very nice and room was dated but pretty clean. I would advise getting a room upstairs as it can be noisy on the ground floor.
