The property is way too dirty and unhygienic. I had a booking with a baby & the front desk people asked for extra money for the crib, on top of that the crib was way too dirty & also broken, we did not feel that was safe for the baby & we never used it. The bed sheets were dirty as well & also torn, I do have all the videos & pictures of the mess. I have to report this! Such a bad experience first time with Radisson

Room was very clean and spacious. Restaurant was overpriced with bad reviews and very slow service. Extremely limited options for food around the hotel. (Everything in the attached mall was closed at 5pm). Pool was nice, but the change room/washrooms attached were very rundown.

Easy check in, very nice, knowledgeable staff at front desk. The only unfortunate thing about our stay is room still smell like an ashtray, the old smoker smell is permanent.

Booked a room, checked in late due to travel time (5hour drive for our daughters graduation) when we went to check in we were informed our room had been given away even though we had paid for it. So they essentially sold our room twice. An hour later the man had found us a different room after repeating telling us there was nothing he could do and they were fully booked. He offered us a dirty room, one with one bed instead of two and lots of excuses as to their new system not updating properly. Horrible experience when you are so far from home, late a night with your children thinking you have no where to stay after booking a room.

Hallway smelled foul. Poorly kept rooms. Dated. Bubbling wall paper crack between the bathroom floor and carpet full of dirt. Very nice pool but the rest left a sour taste in my mouth. Also a long walk with luggage to rooms. I should have requested an accessible room with disability.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, conveniently located and easy access to a mall however to get back to the hotel from the mall you have to call front desk to send someone to open it as the key card will not work for this door. But not a big deal as staff promptly came and opened the door for us. Pool was great. Breakfast really good too. The bathroom in the room is a bit tricky as the door is too close to the toilet so if you want to close it you have to move to the side of the toilet. That's the only thing I would consider changing it. We had a very good stay in general.

Comfortable and convenient location

It was a very comfortable hotel, the room was great. It is a long walk from the parking to my room because the access from one corridor is blocked (cannot access with room key). This was inconvenient.

Check in was ok but the rep seemed a little pre- occupied while check in. I usually ask for a room close to elevator due to knee surgery. I am put in room 336, so I went back and requested closer to elevator. At checkout, no one at desk until I knocked and said loud hello. Of course, I ended up parking upstairs where it’s dark and ring for door to open and walk to my room 201. My card to exit the parking lot and no card. I had included with my room keys, anyways i had to walk back to get at front desk. After all that im posed and frustrated.
