Location is in the mall and the parking situation is a little confusing since it’s off-site. When you walk around the area it’s OK. not the most ideal part of town. The staff were really friendly and helpful so it was a good experience.

Very poor service and cleaning

The whole stay was extremely disappointing. Issues included: - Very poor standards of cleanliness in the room (the worst I have seen in a long time in a hotel) - An infestation of silverfish, which led to us needing to move rooms - A flooding shower (the damp from which presumably caused the silverfish problem) - Audible noise in the room from the bar immediately below. - Room not being serviced despite repeated requests - Poor breakfast selection - on one day there were literally no breakfast items left when we came for breakfast 45 minutes before the specified end time. The manager, Nikita, did attempt to address some of these issues but matters such as cleaning issues were not followed up or addressed adequately. Hotels.com have raised these complaints twice via email with Ruby Hanna but there has been a failure by the hotel to respond in any way, which is indicative of the generally poor service and lack of focus on customer experience. Definitely not recommended.

Our feelings about Ruby Hanna are mixed. We chose this hotel for its location within the city and proximity to family we were visiting. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet and dark for sleeping. Its design is elegant and technologically advanced but the functionality of our room for our week's stay was somewhat difficult. There was little to no space to put anything outside of our two suitcases. All the lighting in the room was either 'all on' or 'all off' and the switch operating it was at the opposite end of the room from the bed (not good if getting up in the dark or getting up before your partner). No shelving for toiletries or even a hook on the door for a robe in the bathroom. No way in the room to contact management in case of a problem or emergency; we had to go back downstairs to speak with someone 3 times over the course of the week for various issues (which were then addressed promptly). We would like to stay there again but will have to decide if the pros outweigh the cons.

Great staff! Cat was extremely helpful with parking and directions and knowledgeable about things to do and restaurants. Great location, very walkable part of the city. Lots to do nearby. The property is very clean great bar area. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Definitely recommend. Definitely would stay there again.

Had to check out early

Had to check out early, lack of refrigerator and design of room is not good for long term stay. Loud construction below, parking was terrible every time you leave you have to pay 15 euros again. Super confusing to get to the garage and no instructions are given. Sundays there’s no way to get out of the garage with mall closed unless walking out the garage entrance for cars. AC is hardly cool and you can’t open the windows they are locked.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and close walking to all of downtown. Drinks are VERY VERY expensive. Breakfast was AMAZING with a lot of choices. Room AC was terrible and did NOT cool off at all. It was set to a higher room temp. that could not be overridden.
