Unfortunately the room was too dusty for me to sleep and ended up falling ill due to the condition. I did not sleep all night as I also found a dried up blood stain on the curtain. I would have said something but I got to my hotel very late and just had to put up with it. The bathroom was the only thing that was ok. Due to this experience I probably won’t be returning to Stuttgart.

Good value near station but up 84 stairs!

Dated room but excellent value. Be warned - if you arrive by train this hotel is up 84 steps! I’ve stayed before so was aware. Kate arrival due to train delays. Contacted hotel and key left in key safe. However, card wouldn’t open front door due to a fault. Let in by someone inside and the rest was ok. Room a bit dated but functional. Good shower.

Easy enough to access railway station, although steep slope or steps are involved. Satisfied for the price, but no extra pillows in a premier room and no coat hangers in the wardrobe seems quite lacking. No drinking water supply either, with no kettle to boil bathroom water this was also disappointing. Very spacious room though, and the sofa cushions were useful in place if pillow shortage. Would look elsewhere next time.

The property is located on top of a hill, to which you have to navigate three flights of stairs to gain access. The property itself was underwhelming and the decor of the room reminded me of the something out of the 80’s a lot of light wood shades. The room was supposed to be serviced every 2 days, but the cleaning team decided to clean after the first night but not bother to replace the towels. I had to ask reception twice. And then I has three towels on still wet?? The windows in the room open but I would recommend fully opening it, as there is no balcony and the drop is steep. One evening I came back to my and they 2 wasps constantly buzzing around the room. I would not recommend this hotel. I believe there are far suitable options available.

They came to my room without knocking opening my door 9am one of the workers want to fix something in the bathroom I tried to tell them that I have until 11 am the check out and they said we have to fix the bathroom I was half asleep I had to leave the room

Keine Heizung nachts, Zimmer eiskalt. Ansonsten oK

Das Zimmer war oK, Lage sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Beim Check-In ging die Heizung im Zimmer noch, als ich abends vom Essen zurückkam, leif sie nicht mehr. Entweder ist sie ausgefallen oder wurde über nacht abgedreht. Dadurch war es im Zimmer sehr kalt und nicht komfortabel. Auch am Morgen keine Heizung. Kein Personal beim Check-out am Morgen anwesend. Mit funktionierender Heizung würde es eine bessere Bewertung geben.

Stayed 3 nights in this property. The curtains were falling off the curtain tracks , staff advised that they will be fixed the following day but it didn’t happen. In the bathroom, the cover of the exhaust was broken and was placed on the window sill. No attempt to fix the problems
