The king suite exceeded my expectations. The view of the pond was a nice surprise, and the balcony was a sweet place to chill out after a long day of work. Unfortunately, the Orange Juice machine was out of order while I was there, but otherwise the breakfast was pretty decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

Room nicely remodeled, but a giant hairball on shower wall greeted us. We could tell by bare feet on floor that it wasn’t vacuumed. Incomplete towel set and no towels by pool. Staff was helpful in resolving these issues.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, but that was enough. The grounds had piles of debris, garbage, and construction materials. We had to change rooms, because our first room had such a leaky bathroom sink (with brown water), it was unusable. The rooms, although clean, were very poorly maintained: holes in the wall, mismatched paint, outlets with no faceplates, and a shower that barely worked as it should. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The room was in great condition and the staff were fantastic. My only gripe if any was that the hotel location is very close to the highway and the road noise can be load at times.
