Bedrooms & Bathroom
Each bedroom includes a Roku TV and closet space.
• Master Bedroom: A restful retreat with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids, this room features a bunk bed (twin-over-full) plus an additional twin bed.
• Bedroom 3: A second serene bedroom complete with a King bed.
• A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located off the main living area.

Outdoor Oasis
Your private, fully fenced-in backyard is a true highlight.
• Unwind on the covered porch with lounge furniture and a 50-inch Roku TV.
• Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area.
• Fire up the propane grill for a family cookout.
• Gather around the stunning gas firepit in the evenings.
• Outdoor games include cornhole, a mini basketball hoop, and a dart board.

Laundry
• A convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer is available for your use.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including the fully fenced-in backyard and all its amenities. Self-check-in is provided via a unique door code sent to you prior to arrival. For your safety and our maintenance needs, the outdoor shed and any marked supply lockers in the game room are not accessible to guests.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app or by phone.

We will provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your Florida getaway. These supplies will typically cover up to 5 days, depending on the frequency of use. Any additional toiletries will need to be purchased at the guest's expense.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Additional Information
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. A link to complete this will be sent via an automated message after you reserve. Please note that access codes and directions will not be provided until the signed agreement is received.

• Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

• Discounts: We offer various discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings, and early-bird reservations. These are automatically calculated and built into your quoted price. Please note that only one of these discount types can be applied per booking.

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable after the free cancellation period. No refunds are provided for non-refundable bookings.
