Very nice hotel, room is spacious and well furnished. Situated outside the airport with a nice courtyard. The restaurant on site is also very nice. There is nothing to do around and you will need the shuttle to link to the airport. Staffs are professional. Waited around half hour for the shuttle to come, when going to the airport the shuttle is on time.

A night at Downton Abbey

Elegant and restful. After a difficult travel day with train strikes, it was a delight to see Villa Malpensa, and the staff and interior of the building are all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an early morning flight.

Even though we found the hotel to be nice but it lacks some important things. The hotel advertises air condition units in the rooms but when we arrived the AC was not working and the manager informed us that its turned off for the entire facility and they don't turn it on for a couple more weeks in May. The temperature that day was 29c but staff was nice enough to bring us a fan. We also arrived on lunch time but the restaurant was closed and we had to look for a place to eat but the hotel is located in an isolated area and there was no restaurants in the area.

This is a beautiful old hotel. I stayed here because of the location to the Milano airport. I enjoyed a one night stay and had a lovely dinner in the restaurant with a couple I met that were also passing through. The food was excellent. The hotel staff is very helpful. I would stay there again.

This was our 92nd overseas vacation trip, so we are very experienced travelers. Nonetheless, it took us nearly an hour after we arrived in our rental car in the vicinity of Malpensa Airport to find the hotel. There are no signs anywhere. It was a most frustrating experience and it ruined the last day of our trip to wonderful Italy. When we told our troubles to the staff, they were smug and indifferent, as if it were our fault. If you are driving to Malpensa, DO NOT book at this hotel! There are lots of other choices which are easy to find and which will greet you warmly. Stay far away from this obnoxious place!

It's a beautiful old mansion renovated in a quiet, green rural location by some local villages. Yet is it is a 5 minute drive to MXP. The rooms are clean, well kept, comfortable. Staff is highly responsive. Breakfast is nice. A dining room and bar provide nice additional amenities.
