We had a lovely stay here, with friendly staff, modern look reception and a nice room. Perfect for a one-night layover.

Cheap and not cheerful

Hotel bar / waiter staff not very helpful, they were more interested in attending their friends that were obviously supplied with free alcohol, as we turned up at 11pm we asked if it was possible to eat at the restaurant and were rightly told that the restaurant was shut. After going into the room and seeing the 24hr food menu we asked for a cheese and ham toastie and were told that there was no bread but that we could have a croque Monsieur. 10 minutes later we were told that we could not have that either! And that the only thing left was a bruschetta which we were showed still frozen. as we were hungry we accepted however this was discusting and an absolute ripoff for the 9 Euro's each, the wine was also discusting we were informed to have as what we asked for they did not have, this was half a bottle for 12 Euro's! Chateau Valoussiere Blank!!! Not nice to say the least!!!!!!!!!

Very basic hotel, tiny rooms, and unhelpful front desk staff. Only good for sleeping on a road trip, not for more than 12 hours!

Ok hotel

If you wanna stay in the hotel just to sleep the hotel is ok. Room is small but bed was very confortable. Staff has lots of difficult to speak English. There was no chanels in English in the TV.

Pas de frigo dans les chambres. La fermeture de la porte d'entrĂ©e engendre un gros buit. A partir de 2h du matin on entends un bruit qui ressemble Ă  la ventilation/aĂ©ration ou Ă©vacuation dans les parties communes. A part cela, dans l'ensemble cava, les draps et serviettes sont changĂ©s tous les jours et le logement est plutĂŽt propre. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est pas mal non plus. Le personnel pas tres bavard mĂȘme pas pour nous demander si tout va bien ;)
