The property is clean and close to train station and city sites. Staff is surly and rude. If you can deal with that then this is you place. They all genuinely do not like working there or working.

Staff was friendly and the location was very walkable. Breakfast was delicious with good protein options. We had a quadruple room at the "prow" of the hotel. The bunk beds were a little creaky, don't plan on putting full size adults in them. The bathroom was very clean but also small. It fell a lot like an RV bathroom. Water pressure for the shower was great. Also, probably because we were at the point of the hotel, there was a quite a bit of street noise late at night. They did thoughtfully provide ear plugs though.

Great location. Friendly staff. This is a typical French building, so be ready for small, uncomfortable rooms and bathrooms. And stairs... But if you don't mind that, the breakfast is excellent and the location unbeatable

The area right around the train station is not the nicest, but the hotel itself was very clean and felt safe. Staff was helpful when the lights didn't work in the room. They immediately gave us the same room a floor above. Breakfast was also great.

Convenient hotel in Strasbourg

Hotel Victoria is convenient to the train station and walking distance to everything. Check in was great. The hotel staff are very nice. The room was a double. It was pretty small, but we made it work. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was super small. You couldn’t turn the shower head so that the water was on you without holding the shower head in 1 hand. However, the water pressure was great and the hot water was nice. There is no where to place toiletries, but for 2 nights it worked fine.

Nice spot convenient to train station

Great location near the train station but still quite nice. The restaurant next door was fantastic and it was only 5 minutes from the older section of town and 15 minute walking to the Cathedral. We were in an attic room with angled ceiling - but it was all very clean and quiet. Front desk staff was very helpful when i checked in.
