We absolutely adored this hotel. Our suite room was huge with plenty of windows overlooking the train station square. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The building had old-world European charm with modern amenities. Our bathroom was huge and clean. Our only negative observation is that the mattresses on the beds were too firm.

5 star experience!

5 star experience at this 4 star hotel. Impeccable service, great location, beautiful hotel and reasonable prices. Large bathrooms were a plus. The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++

Convenient to train station. Nice property with view. Strange for a 4star no good coffee machine in room which is inconvenient, only one bottle of water for 3 nights, no lotion in room. Larger bathroom , nice towel and water pressure. Good bed.

The deco of the lobby & halls, the location near the train station, and the restaurant within the hotel were its strongest features. The courtesy of the staff and the pleasant layout of the room were appreciable. The price was okay, but it reflected the convenient location.

Excellent hotel…would definitely recommend

Very friendly staff, room ready for arrival time despite it being earlier than check in, very clean and lovely shower and jacuzzi bath in our suite. Only slight downside is there’s very little hanging room in the wardrobe but there are other hooks in the room we could use.

It’s the little things that do count. At arrival we got to check in an hour early (great) but did not feel the bathroom had been cleaned. Laundry bag with dirty towels was sitting right outside our room for 2 days with no one thinking it should be moved. After first day we had the room cleaned but staff did not think to refill toilet paper or tissue box that was already empty when we arrived. Breakfast at hotel was great but dinner at the hotel restaurant was nothing worth writing home about. Standard burger or fish and chips as the most interesting choices. Will look elsewhere if we come back one day.
