This location was absolutely perfect for seeing the Christmas markets in December. It was quiet and just off the main path, but super close to everything we wanted to see.I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you are a light sleeper, as the curtains don't fully block out the light from a motion-sensor outside. We never saw the dryer mentioned, but there was a laundromat very close (as mentioned) and it was open on Christmas day, which was helpful.If you are super sensitive to smell, you might not enjoy the bathroom, but otherwise, all was good. Would stay again.

Excellent location. Easy walk from the train station and very close to the Cathedral. The apartment was cute and clean. The only negative was the banging of the gate outside on Saturday night from others entering the courtyard to return to their apartments.

The apartment is quietly located 5 minutes from the breathtaking cathedral. Step out from the quiet alleyway and you enter a bustling district where shopping and eating options abound. In the kitchen we found dishes and silverware that had to be washed before use. The toaster needs to be replaced. The bed can use a small night table beside it instead of having to drag a chair over. Window covering do not cover the windows completely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate, however the towels could have been softer. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Strasbourg!

Perfect setting for a stay in Strasbourg. Steps away from the world class Strasbourg Cathedral and all you want as far as food and services just outside the door.The bikes provided were handy to get around town too.

Great Location - Rustic

May 2025.The good : Stephane, the host, was very responsive. Whenever we had issues he would offer solutions (that sometimes worked and sometimes didn't). The location is great in that it is quite central and walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. and located in a charming quarter.The you-should-know : The listing cites a laundry facility 3 min walk away, and in the following sentence says "Dryer in apartment". What was meant was "hair dryer", not clothes dryer. Same with the VRBO clothes dryer appliance icon. That is a mistake. One of the 2 bikes had a flat front tire. I remember reading something similar in a 2024 review. I used the bicycle pump on all tires (they were low on air) when I discovered the hissing leak of one of the bikes. To Stephane's credit. He offered and pointed out a local bike renting facility, but we ended up not using it for convenience reasons.The apartment was pretty clean except the shower which showed some mold in the often seen corners, grout lines, edges, etc. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was clean with rustic charm and decorations and lots of books in different languaged to read.The unit is in a cul-de-sac, so quiet from pedestrian traffic. But there is a large metal gate to the courtyard next to the unit , which is the entrance to 10-12 unit apartment building. Unfortunately, not everyone was gentle about slowly/softly closing it on the way out in the early morning.All in all we had a great time !! Stephane was a kind host.

Hidden away yet in the centre of it all

This cozy apartment is located very near to the Cathedral and to most things of interest as well as restaurants and bars. It was very clean and had all that was needed. The location is off on a quiet alley, but close to all the action. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Overall, a great place to stay with a superb location. Unfortunately one of the bikes had a flat tire, and the pump was not functional. We were attracted to this property because of its location and the availability of bikes. Stephane was kind and responsive.

Fijn en rustig verblijf met ramen aan een kleine binnenplaats. Compleet met ingerichte keuken. Leuk om de twee fietsen te gebruiken naar bijv. Parc de l'Orangerie, of op zaterdag de lokale markt. Veel goede fietspaden!

Perfect in every way

The location of this super clean apartment was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Stephane was great at replying to me in a very timely manner, and that was much appreciated. We hope to return to Strasbourg - it may be my new favourite city - and we will definitely book this apartment again if we do. Thank you, Stephane for allowing us to stay in this quaint apartment.

Quick stay in Strasbourg

Location location location! You can’t beat the location of this unit. Steps away from the cathedral and truly minutes away from so many great spots to visit. Stephane was quick to answer my questions. Check in was super easy. Highly recommend.

Awesome. Great location, great comfortable apartment

The apartment is on a quiet, private street. Very comfortable and and super central location, close to everything. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. I would recommend this apartment for solo travelers (safe for women), a couple, and even a couple with one child. Good value, I'd stay there again.
