Room too dark. Hard to find lamp switches. Only one nearby restaurant with no delivery. Switch for window blind did not operate. Bed cover was crinkly and horrible.

I am pleased that the morning coffee is great tasting and they provide real half and half. I appreciate the hot oatmeal with toppings. These 2 things are the reason I choose this hotel.

The hotel and amenities are very nice, well kept, and modern. The room was clean and comfortable. I was set to arrive late and notified the hotel, but checking in was a bit strange. There was no sort of front desk buzzer or bell to notify staff I was there. After receiving my room key and heading up to the room, oddly, there was a do not disturb tag on the handle. Figuring it was a mistake, I gave a quick knock and used my key card to enter the room and it was already occupied. Pretty strange. Had to go back downstairs and get a different room. So, the checking in aspect was odd, but the rest of my experience was good.

Specifically tried to book accessibility-friendly king suite for business that was out-of-town, was on Fairfield Inn website when trying to reserve room, bc problems always come up booking thru 3rd party travel booking online service, was trying to avoid 3rd party booking but when room was booked was done thru pop up ad or some imbedded site or hyperlink within Fairfield Inn website, intended to book room to check in the evening after the day reservation was made, but when I arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk clerk informed me the reservation was for the night before, and I had to pay for the actual night I had planned to stay, the clerk said bc booked thru 3rd party site the hotel mgmt had no way to compensate for the mixup. The room I was placed in was a regular size with 2 queen beds, was not handicap accessible. I paid for two nights bc of the error. Please help make it right, either refund or free night at one of your upper class hotels.

This was a very comfortable stay. We have stayed in over 5 different hotel chain hotels, and found Fairfield was the best of all. This Fairfield was also pet friendly with a reasonable fee.
