The stay way good the carpet was torn up and the headboard was torn up also. The front desk ladies were very polite and professional. The dining room took along time and was very expensive for what we got.

Exactly what I needed

The front end staff were very nice and helpful. The room was exactly like the pictures online. The food at the restaurant was amazing! I only wished the indoor pool was warm. Great stay!

The hotel had a restaurant, but because of Valentine’s Day they had a special menu in which you had to get five courses or you couldn’t get anything but bar food. All I wanted was a salad and I’m staying at the hotel and I can’t even get a salad. There were only six people in the whole restaurant, but somehow they couldn’t accommodate me. The carpet throughout the hotel was old and it was hard to roll your luggage on it. It kept getting stuck because of the looseness of the flooring. I didn’t find it was very nice at all. I won’t ever again.

My fiance and I were told we couldn’t sit out on the front patio where the fire pits were located because all the tables were reserved, I sat near by and watched and all tables were still empty over 2 hrs later. I want to say racismmmm but I’ll say unfair treatment. Then we tried having dinner but the bar lol we were given a basic menu that half hot wings etc mind you elderly YT ladies had steak and shrimp across from us. When I ask we were told the special menu was limited mind you we got there first. It gets worse. We checked into our room and the trash can in the bathroom already had trash in it, the showers had blonde hair in it and my hair is brown lol that proved to me that the room was barley cleaned. I won’t stay there ever again. On the bright side it is a beautiful hotel scenery wise.

Overall experience was good, hotel condition wasn't terrible, but the hallway carpets need to be replaced soon. Only other thing which was a minus but not a deal breaker was that when we came down to eat breakfast at 9 AM, the warmer for the Belgian waffles / home style potatoes was turned off so both were cold. I would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of the breakfast casserole, as I do not like tomatoes and my dietary restrictions regarding eating spinach or other leafy green vegetables.
