This property is situated on the north shore development on the river tees.
The property boasts a roof terrace to enjoy and a private courtyard.
A nearby footpath onto the river tees that takes you to tees barrage international white water center where you can take part in numerous water activities. It is also home to the Air trail climbing a cafe and pub.
The space
The property is also in walking distance to Stockton town center which has a host of high street shops and local markets. Is situated within easy reach of the historic town of Yarm, Middlesbrough and within easy reach of the North Yorkshire Moors. David lloyds leisure club is next door. There is also a children’s playground on the development.
