I like that they had some drinks and snacks for purchase at the front desk. Sometimes you show up late to your room and need a quick snack to wrap up the day and it was perfect and very clean. Nice Christmas decorations as well!

The room was big & nice & clean. We had to deal with loud noisy TV & sound for 2 nights. After the first night I went to the front desk & reported my concern & I was told call us again. I was told after 10:00pm security will monitor, but second night until midnight then I called fron desk. Monday morning, we decided to leave & we were told we can't check you out until tomorrow because you bought it from third party. We left& I called Expedia. Mary front desk told him we are not going to refund them. Why?? It's a lesson to learn & I am not convinced why? Thanks

First time I stayed here it was great. This is time around not so much we were on the first floor and within the first hour it was a pincher bug crawling on the bathroom floor and another bug crawling on the kitchen floor it could’ve been a spider or beetle but it was moving. I asked to get moved to another room they told me they were completely booked. His name was Dave I told him not to worry I could check out. He found a room it was a conjoined room the bathtub looked sketchy it had a knat but it was 3 am. The next day I was leaving for an event I called front desk for house keeping she said with an attitude that they are gone for the evening. When she realized her tone was wrong she said “They can come in the morning” I said no thank you. We come back late that night it was dog poop on the second floor infront of the elevator. My neighbors were loud the people above me were extremely loud. Will I be returning? No! I will find somewhere else to stay when I go to Tracy which will be again for Christmas. I shouldn’t be waiting to go home while trying to relax

Amazing room, clean room, staff was kind and thoughtful. Great decor all throughout the hotel. The breakfast brunch was amazing! Will continue to stay here when in Tracy every single time! Only concern is the hot water in the lobby tasted like dirty coffee left over water. It was clear but the taste was awful. Greatful we had our own water upstairs. But, overall a fabulous hotel. The room was very large, ample storage space and the check out is GREAT!!!! Thank you Hilton and staff at the Home2 Suites in Tracy, CA Keep up the fabulous work and love!!!!
