The harried night clerk checked me into a room that wasn't made up. I've been overcharged by over $100 and they say they can't fix that on the weekend. They didn't use the Travelocity rate. I couldn't watch the Olympics because he told me NBC had a contract dispute, through it was on on the lobby. Very poor impr

There was no water in the hotel. Staff was not cooperative and had to check out really early morning with 2 kids under 5. Staff blamed a county wide outage but it seemed like a property issue as there was water overflowing at the parking lot. Please issue a refund.

Service was horrible when I got there it was police everywhere because someone left a baby in the car and one of the staff called the police then the police had to come back because the person who left the child in the car called and threatened the lady that worked at the front desk…. Then I called and asked for some towels and they told me to come down to get them I said I have my small baby so after about 40 minutes they brought some towels up… The next day I thought house keeping was going to clean the room they never came to clean the room the whole time I stayed there.. no pool I just would never go back.!!!
