The hotel is under renovations and they are still open for business although I experienced a roach crawling on my arm the other night and when I moved to the other bed after checking it we came back from breakfast and found a roach crawling on the other bed so for that. I know longer will be staying at this hotel the staff members are great and always a pleasure but after denying me a free night stay I can no longer come back to this hotel EVER!!!! Maybe you all should exterminate will certain floors are being renovated. Will never return
