Cozy in Sterling

This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!! Sincerely, a happy Nana on her Nana tour to visit her grandbabies!

Wonderful place to stay

In Sterling for Audubon of Kansas’s Celebration of Cranes festival. This place was close to Sterling College, where registration was. The place was clean and the owners were respectful and responsive.

Great accommodation for the price.

Very clean, well organized apartment. Well stocked with the little things which are often overlooked but appreciated when you see them, q-tips and a variety of cooking spices for example. Will definitely spend time again.

Nice place!

We were pleased with our stay. It’s super clean, and comfortable and worked great for our party. This is a nicely finished basement apartment and was quiet. I had a little wrinkle getting the access code…but it all worked out. Also, I never found a thermostat…not a big deal. Plenty of space, reasonably priced, clean and cozy.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this property located in Sterling KS. Clean and comfortable, with a full modern kitchen. Local restaurants within walking distance. Much better than staying at a chain hotel outside of Sterling.

Basement Apartment in Sterling Kansas

This place was very nice. The property manager returned my calls and texts promptly. We were visiting our granddaughter at Sterling College so was nice to be so close. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean towels, no complaints here.

Nice basement apartment

This property fit our needs wonderfully. I stayed with a friend and their son. They took the two singles and I had the queen bed. The sheets and towels were soft and it had everything we needed for our short stay.

Updated, well decorated and clean in Sterling

This apartment was perfect for my stay to drop my son off at college. It's close to Sterling College in a quiet safe area. The owners are great with communication and the check-in and check-out process was easy. I will definitely be back!
