I got there at 11:30 at night to check in, it said closed, so I called the number. And the man that answered the phone was very rude and refused to give me my room, even though I had already paid for it.

We had people knocking on the door at 2 am yelling for someone to come out. Whoever they were looking for was not someone we knew! The doors barely locked and light shone through the door seal. Seems like it is located in a bad neighborhood. Very clean and staff was nice but will never stay there again.

The biggest turn off about this place was the piles of mattresses behind the building, just to go to my room and find one of said mattresses used as a boxspring. The towels I assumed were clean, but we’re stained so I’m not positive. Would I recommend staying here, only if you needed something fast

My room as usual was Top Notch. It was clean, comfortable, everything was working. However, I was traveling with a friend who was in the Next Room. His experience was different. It was clear the sheets had not been changed, there was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of plywood, although he did say it was very clean otherwise and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I personally have always had good experiences there but my friend will likely not be coming back.

I did not stay at this hotel. I pulled into the parking lot and the office had a closed sign on the door. The door was unlocked so I went in, no one there. I rang the bell and waited but no one ever showed up so I went back to my car and booked another hotel.

Yuck.

I pulled up to the place and I didn't even check in. It looked like some place old hookers go to die. The area Was sketchy and there were bars on the windows. Unless you're packing heat and tactical gear I would steer clear. I think I got crabs just from driving through the parking lot.

Luke warm hotel

I was rather disappointed with my experience at Vento hotel. The room was decently clean however the water was lukewarm the door seem to not close completely because underneath that it's snow was blowing inside and in the morning it was melted on the floor. The people claim they did not have Wi-Fi service but I did see that a service with the former name of the same hotel was still available on wi-fi. My overall experience was not that great I would not recommend them to anyone.

Although the staff could not speak English, she seemed friendly. You can tell that they tried to redo the inside of the rooms but it was cheaply done and was coming apart. Flooring was coming up in the bathroom and there might have been mold under the flooring. There were tons of flies in my room. Also I paid extra to get a king bed instead of two queens, but I got two queens. Obviously with the language barrier, I could explain anything to the desk lady. It appears that this hotel is in a not so good part of town. There were no deadbolts or safety locks on the door. It appears that some people might actually live in the hotel as there were a lot of people milling around outside. However the place seemed cleaned and the bedding smelled washed. For the price I guess I could not expect much more.
