Imagine your stay at the end of a mile + long scenic private drive in the guest suite of this recently expanded log cabin, bordering the National Forest, nestled away directly adjacent to the National Forest yet conveniently located just off state highway 40. We are 20 minutes from Steamboat Ski Resort with its hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing, 12 minutes to Haymaker Golf Course with its winter Nordic skiing, and 22 minutes to Howelsen Hl Ski Area and Ice Rink and Steamboat's downtown restaurants, nightlife, and numerous shops.
Enter your dream space via your private portico entryway into a huge living room where the warmth of a vintage gas stove, radiant heated flooring, comfy sofas, recliners and views over-looking the town 1300 vertical feet below await your presence!
This recently expanded guest suite offers a spacious dining and basic kitchen area along with thoughtful touches, artwork and a huge wrap-around redwood deck.
Perfect for families or groups, this space can accommodate 12-14 people: 10 people in four full-size bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, and 1 double queen bunk bed room) and 2 to 4 additional people in our full size Murphy bed and full size sofa bed.
We have two full sized bathrooms, one of which features a very large jacuzzi type bathtub and ceiling shower.

For the security of our guests and property, we have external security cameras on either side of the garage pointing at driveway, near the side garage level door, on hot tub / owner occupied level at both sides of windows and far end of deck. There are no cameras inside the guest suite, garage level, or in private areas like bedrooms/bathrooms.
