The Space:
Experience the spirit of Steamboat in this modern-rustic condo just off the town’s main street. Thoughtfully designed with custom Western furnishings, local Steamboat artwork, vintage ski and fishing décor, warm wood accents, and refined mountain finishes, the space celebrates Colorado’s ranching and outdoor heritage while offering all the comforts of a modern retreat.
The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering, with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table for six. The well-equipped kitchen features high-end finishes, plenty of space for cooking, plus coffee and spices to get you started.
Both bedrooms feature plush king beds and distinctive Western-inspired décor. The primary suite includes a private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub, while a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
Step outside onto two expansive private decks offering more than 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space, ample seating, and beautiful mountain views—the perfect setting for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Best of all, you’re conveniently located near the Yampa River, Howelsen Hill, downtown shops, restaurants, and everything that makes Steamboat special. Two restaurants are located on the first floor of the building, and guests receive two garage parking spaces plus access to a private ski locker at Gondola Square.
*This unit does not have standard air conditioning - The evaporative cooling system is a building-wide system governed by the HOA. Please note that it is not turned on until May and turns off in September. Also, this system will not turn on if the temperature is below 65 degrees outside.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

• Potential for noise - Please note that this unit is directly on Yampa St., which typically has a lot of entertainment activities and nightlife.
