We were severely disappointed with regard to check in. We were told we only had 2 nights reserved when in fact we booked 4. The Sheraton had trouble communicating with the owner to resolve the issue. We had to book 2 additional rooms while we waited to resolve issues waiting for the owner to resolve. We never stayed in the unit we rented but worked out something with the Sheraton manager where we would stay in another unit and not have to move every day. We were initially told we booked it incorrectly but later the Sheraton manager told us the owner canceled our rooms for 2 nights. It took a long time to resolve but we finally were able to get a room and we did not have to move every day. The Sheraton staff helped where they could but not being able to communicate with the owner made the check in experience stressful. We have used VRBO to rent in the past and had good experiences so hopefully they will work to resolve issues with owner rentals in the future at the Sheraton Resort Villas.
