We really enjoyed our stay. The unit itself was very nice — big windows with lots of light — and the location is hard to beat for walking to everything downtown.The only issues we ran into were minor but worth mentioning. Someone parked in our assigned stall one evening and we weren't sure what to do, and on another occasion the keypad to our unit didn't work. In both cases we called the front desk, but it didn't seem like the after-hours staff had a way to actually resolve either problem. These feel like things an escalation path or some additional training would fix — neither issue soured the stay.We'd stay again.

Great summertime visit! Large for a one bedroom, well stocked kitchen (thanks for the coffee!), great outdoor spaces. Wished we had been able to check in/out closer to the property, but the folks were VERY nice.

Beautiful spot, perfect location

The location of this condo in downtown Steamboat Springs is perfect for a ski vacation. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops, and then a quick (<10 minutes) drive to ski. Underground parking is a huge plus. Access to a ski locker at the gondola base area is also a huge plus. The condo itself is lovely and clean and a nice place to spend downtime. Would absolutely return!

Horrible communication. Incorrect access code provided, locked out of property in unsafe alley. Check in details were not provided until we contacted them multiple times on the day of. Check out details were not provided what so ever. Seems like the employees have no idea what’s happening. When we asked any questions about further details, employees followed their statements up with a “not my problem” mindset. Sad excuse for a hospitality company.

Lovely visit

A very nice, upscale condo right downtown. Extremely well stocked kitchen, nice linens and deck. The only 'but' is we like to have windows open and the street facing unit is very noisy due to the traffic. We would gladly stay again in the building though not in a unit in the front!

This was a lovely condo in a convenient downtown location. Street traffic was a bit loud especially in the bedroom (the white noise machine and fan helped block the noise) and the closet where the washer and dryer were had a odor. Very nice furnishings and it was nice to have housekeeping come in a couple of times while we were there.

Wonderful

This location is unbeatable if you enjoy or want to explore downtown Steamboat - no driving or parking necessary! The underground parking is such an awesome amenity. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed is king-sized and super comfy, and the bathtub was luxurious to sit in. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Probably best for just 2 people but the couch does fold out! Enjoy!
