Was was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location of Hotel 43 made it very easy to get around downtown Boise and the Chandler Restaurant was fantastic for listening to Live Jazz, which was a highlight of my trip.

Staff are great, from valets to front desk to cleaning. I feel welcomed and remembered. I am often greeted by name on arrival when I pull up, and again as I check in. Rooms are spotless as they should be. This hotel a place I return to for a reason

The rooms were very comfortable and was located in an amazing location. The staff was very friendly, and when the airport shuttle had issues, they worked to quickly resolve the situation by ordering me an uber. The staff was professional, and the hotel was clean and very well decorated. If I were to stay in Boise again, I would stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff from the front desk, room attendants and valets, all were courteous and personable. My wife thought the bed was uncomfortable, that was the only negative. Location is convenient to downtown.
