The room were in good condition, the staff was okay. The advertisement was misleading. The pool only went up to 3 feet. Not much to do on the resort. You had to catch a cab if you wanted to do anything. Won't be going back there.

The place seemed clean and secure. No power or water outages while we were there. But this is a timeshare property, first and foremost. That means no cleaning service. My biggest complaint was with the restaurant. They couldn't keep a glass of water from going empty on 2 of the 3 times we went. One time they were out of fish and shrimp, which makes up 1/3 of their menu. And then they hit you with mandatory 18% gratuity. There's golf carts that will take you from the parking lots up to your room or down to the pools, but otherwise it's a crazy amount of stairs to get anywhere.
