Room was good. We were not clear on how to get fresh towels. When we went to the front desk with questions, they seemed annoyed, especially when we asked them to repeat the info.

Everything was great - the room, the restaurant, the bar & the staff - BUT the beach was inaccessible and that was a problem. They shuttled us to a beach close by but it was extremely crowded. We had to rent a car and go 'beach hopping' each day. It would have been much better if the beach had been clean.

The hotel was very pretty you need them to drive you to your room if it’s far up. They don’t clean the room every day but will provide clean towels. The beach really isn’t a beach to lay out at but they provided a van to the other beaches that were gorgeous. I definitely would stay here again. Buy stuff store because the stores here are beyond expensive.

Great stay. Hotel room nice but needed some attention in regards to non working plugs and light in the bathroom. Pool bathroom was terrible needing a lot of work stall system flimsy and doors not able to latch shut. Food was ok only a few items on the menu we loved and the service was very slow and not great other than one waiter. Important to note that 18% gratuity is automatically added on the bill. We did not know this the first two days. Location is convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

First of all reading the reviews, we were a scared. But the shore on the property was clean and no Smell. We loved the room, very roomy and clean. The go Carts were fast at getting us around the big resort. The pools and property were great. Lobby staff was always helpful. The service at restaurant and bar was not the best. So we only went a few times. We could have spent more money and time there if the service was better. Overall loved our time at Margaritaville, would go again!

Arrived Jan 4, returned on the 9th. Originally booked Margaritaville because it would have JB and Island style music through the resort , however, there was no music at any of the bars (hilltop or main), or restaurant area until we were leaving late morning on the 9th. When asking staff on day one why there was no music, we were told ot was because the system needed to be fixed and wirinf was eroded "dur to thr chemicals coming from th red tide seaweed". This would coincide with the special seaweed that was flooding the coast of the resort as well and disnt exaxtly make the water there bearable to swim which was also unfortunate as the resort photographs advertise as though this beachfront is somewhat private and able to be swam in. There were only two live mysic acts and a karaoke act on thr Six StringStage during our stay. --NOTE: Going to the restaraunt Sun and Sea, a walk from the resort, provided better food and plenty of music on thier speaker systema. Coki Beach, just past the resort, and Coral World, all had mysic and PA sound during this same time of year and all share the same waters. What saved this trip here is, the rooms are phenomenal. The staff were super friendly. The guests are mature and always having conversation. Location was key due to the ability to walk to another restaurant, Coki Beach, and Coral world. Breakfast is well done. No music while eating, drinking, swimming, conversing is unacceptable on resort.
Resort has three stray dogs they take care of.
Dragons are like tropical squirrels and are everywhere!

The staff was fantastic and the room was very good but it amazed me the in the common areas the lack of maintenance and I noted that the bars and restaurants had 10-12 TVs but only 1 was in working order. I enjoyed sitting at the beach bar enjoying a Bloody Mary while watching a football game on one of six that worked, crazy!!!!
