Each suite features two nightstands, a dresser, a 65" smart HDTV (with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and more), and sliding glass doors for panoramic beach and ocean views from the comfort of your bed. One porch connects the entire home, with every room having access to the lounging chairs and beachside breeze. Each suite also contains a private bathroom that features a spacious shower with double shower heads, double vanities, mirrors, a toilet, and a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has a spacious modern design, with a digital stove and oven, and a microwave, on granite countertops. The kitchen table and barstools accommodate up to 10 people. The living room includes another 65" smart HDTV, and a large plush sectional that doubles as a queen sofa bed. Other common areas include an in-house laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer and two storage closets. The entire main house is private for complete guest access. Guests are free to utilize stairs on the property to access the pocket beach on Magens Bay. The property is located in a natural sea turtle sanctuary!
